Email hello@emptyoffice.app with the email address you used and your order number (in the receipt email). Web refunds are returned by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or payment method, usually 5–10 business days.
The key is disabled and the paid content locks again at the next check. Your beaches, saved castles, photos and free content are kept.
Items bought in the iOS app follow Apple's refund policy; request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
